By pairing a wooden spoon with a metal mixing bowl or plastic yogurt tub, you can create a very compelling drum set at home!

Or put a cup of dried peas or lentils in a bottle, decorate with washi tape or cover with contact paper, and you have a DIY shaker instrument.
